Our

Farm

Ours is a fruit-olive-winegrowing company and is spread over an area of over 10 hectares, mostly cultivated with apples.
It is a family farm, Riccardo follows the work in the countryside and Daniela manages the company and the farmhouse.
The company is located in Arco, in the Basso Sarca plain, near Lake Garda, which positively influences our climate, making it mild during the winter and cool during the summer.
The company has a laboratory for processing our products, fruit storage cells and an electronic apple processing line.
The products we obtain are used in our farmhouse where our guests can appreciate them during their stay and can also be purchased in our company store.
Our laboratory was built recently and is therefore at the forefront of the methodologies and technology used.
Inside the laboratory we find the machinery for the production of apple juice, persecche and jams.
Worthy of note is “Roboqbo”, the latest generation cutter for processing jams: what makes it unique is the vacuum processing (cutting, mixing and cooking): in this way the raw materials maintain their properties unaltered.
