Our farm is a family owned business: Riccardo cultivates the fields, while Daniela manages the farm and the farmhouse. Our farmland spreads out over 10 hectares, most of them are cultivated by apple orchards, vineyards and olive groves.
The farm is in Arco, in the Basso Sarca Valley, near Lake Garda. Lake Garda has a positive effect on the climate, which is mild in winter and fresh in summer.
The farm has its own laboratory, where the agriproducts are processed and changed into food products for direct sales.
The farm has also a cold storage to preserve the fruit and an electronic production line to process apples, at its disposal.
Agriproducts can be enjoyed by our guests during their stays in the farmhouse or can also be bought in our farm sales point.
Our laboratory has been built recently. We use cutting edge methodologies to process fruit. Inside there is machinery to produce apple juice, persecche (dried apples) and preserves.
Noteworthy is “Roboqbo”, cutter of new generation for the processing of preserves. What is peculiar to this new cutter is the fruit vacuum packed processing (cut, stir and stew); as a result the fruit preserves its properties.
